1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the Shop2LLM WordPress plugin, accessing our website at aiproductscout.shop, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shop2LLM provides tools that make e-commerce stores discoverable by AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms. Our Service includes:

Free Tier: Automatic llms.txt generation, JSON-LD product schema, and basic AI crawler support for WooCommerce stores.
Pro Tier ($9/month): Multi-platform AI visibility, crawler analytics, search query insights, MCP API endpoint, and advanced AI agent tools including cart, checkout, and order tracking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access Pro features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

5. Free Tier Terms

The free tier of Shop2LLM is provided at no cost and without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice. Free tier usage may be subject to rate limits and feature restrictions.

6. Pro Subscription Terms

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. Payment is processed through our secure payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the plugin or Service
Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use the Service to process or transmit illegal products or content
Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints in a way that degrades service for other users

8. Intellectual Property

The Shop2LLM plugin, website, branding, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive property of Shop2LLM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) as required by the WordPress plugin directory. You may use, modify, and redistribute the plugin code in accordance with GPLv2 terms. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including WordPress, WooCommerce, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR STORE WILL APPEAR IN AI SEARCH RESULTS OR THAT AI PLATFORMS WILL RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOP2LLM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 FOR FREE TIER USERS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop2LLM and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For Pro subscribers, we will provide email notification of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
